1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Curriva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Curriva is an education technology platform that provides curriculum intelligence, visual content authoring tools, AI-assisted content generation, and a resource marketplace for Nigerian educators. The platform is designed to help educators create, manage, and share educational resources aligned with the NERDC curriculum.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the educational resources you create on Curriva. By creating content on the platform, you grant Curriva a license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of the platform services. You can delete your content at any time.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Curriva's AI tools is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all AI-generated content before using it in educational settings. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies that require human verification.

6. Marketplace Terms

  • Educators may publish resources to the marketplace subject to quality standards.
  • Purchased resources are licensed for educational use as specified at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates our quality standards or these terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Curriva to create or share content that is harmful, misleading, infringing on intellectual property rights, or violates applicable laws. You will not attempt to disrupt the platform, access other users' accounts without authorization, or use the platform for commercial purposes not intended by these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Curriva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
