Curriva.ng vs Curri AI: What’s the Difference?
If you have seen the names Curriva and Curri AI together and wondered whether they are the same thing, here is the short answer. They are different products from different companies. Curriva is the Nigerian curriculum intelligence platform at curriva.ng. Curri AI is an AI lesson authoring tool operated by Schoola Ltd, available at curri.schoola.app.
The key difference in one line
Curri AI helps educators author lesson plans, notes, and questions from text prompts. Curriva helps educators work from a structured map of the actual Nigerian curriculum, so the resources they build stay aligned to subjects, levels, terms, and topics.
Different products, different companies
Curriva is the Nigerian curriculum intelligence platform at curriva.ng, founded by Emmanuel Odelami, a Nigerian educator and software builder. Curri AI is an AI lesson authoring tool offered by Schoola Ltd, a Nigerian education technology company founded in 2023 and headquartered in Kaduna, with its product at curri.schoola.app. The two products are separate — they are not the same company, service, or team.
One is a curriculum database, the other a writing tool
Curriva is built around a structured, searchable map of the official Nigerian NERDC curriculum. You browse subjects, levels, terms, and topics directly, and the resources you create stay aligned to that framework. Curri AI is an AI assistant for creating lesson plans, lesson notes, and assessment questions from a text prompt, with sharing to platforms like Google Classroom.
Why the names get mixed up
The two names are one letter apart, both products serve Nigerian educators, and both are involved in lesson planning and lesson notes. Search engines and AI assistants sometimes conflate them as a result. The reliable way to tell them apart is the domain: Curriva is at curriva.ng, Curri AI is at curri.schoola.app.
